Busselton Holiday - Pet Friendly
Great holiday house in West Busselton. Just a few blocks from the beach, across the road from the hospital and around the corner from the shops. Outside the back gate is the New River a wet land that is home to frogs, swans, kangaroos and more. Dunsborough is 20 minutes away & Margaret River 35. Or if you are after a truly rural experience Nannup is only 45 minutes away.
This spacious holiday house has a king sized and a queen sized bedroom, one bathroom, a separate toilet, a kids room (you bring the kids & we will buy the beds to set up a third bedroom), a sunken lounge room, dining room, beautiful open kitchen and large walk in pantry.
Out the back is a patio and large fully enclosed yard with lawn. Beyond the back fence is the New River wet land and a large grassed area perfect for a bit of cricket.
The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and robin hood ironing board.
The house is an easy 3 minute drive from the town centre, the famous Busselton Jetty and the Underwater Observatory. In 10 minutes you are at the Port Geographe Marina where you will find top class boat launching facilities.
There is room for your boat. A caravan can be parked out the back if required for $25 per night.

Local attractions Busselton is a top tourist town and has something for everyone. Everyone knows that there is over 30 km of white sandy beaches, stretching endlessly in both directions. There are also other fantastic ways to spend the day, visit a farm like http://www.wonkywindmillfarm.com.au/, or a hidden winery like http://www.blackwoodwines.com.au/. Spend a day riding or walking the Mundabindee http://mundabiddi.org.au/explore-the-trail/trail-services-directory/item/nannup.html. Or bring the boat, windsurfer, water ski, rods, snorkel gear and don a wet suit for some diving. The dive wreck HMAS Swan sits in the protected waters of Geographe Bay (Dunsborough) making it 'diveable' almost 10 months of the year.
The famous Busselton Jetty, the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere, stretches almost 2km out over the beautiful blue water of Geographe Bay, with its Underwater Observatory which descends 8m to the seabed is a definite must see. There are excellent Cafes, Restaurants, Art & Craft Galleries, Sporting/Family Entertainment facilities and Historical Attractions. Busselton makes an excellent base from which to explore the South West Region with Dunsborough, Margaret River Wine Region, Nannup and Augusta close by.
